An ordinary Nottingham couple, in an ordinary charity shop on Carlton Hill,
are about to have the most
extraordinary days of their lives...

CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME (first act) our two volunteer charity shop workers turn up to work one morning to find a gun, a ski mask and fifteen thousand pounds left outside the shop. A comedy about money, morals and malted milks.

POP TARTS (second act) It's the night before the runner up from pop idol, Darren Dawes is about to officially open the charity shop. Join Burt 'n' Joyce as they get things ready before the national press descend on them. A tale of friendship, fame and foreign pets.
